Congratulations to Melita and her family for purchasing this wonderful house in Aliso Viejo. A.R.I. Financial took this listing in January 2010 and closed escrow on May, 19 2010. Once again, this was a very fast and smooth short sale transaction even though we had to negotiate with 1st lien holder and 2nd lien (2 different banks).
